Well there is good news, bad news, very bad news and some surprising news. The good news is that after the cleanse I am still caffeine free and sleep like a log (most nights). The bad news I have reintroduced sugar back into my diet (shit), but not on the scale as before (I can walk past a cake without scoffing it…just). The very bad news…I have put 2lbs back on (shit shit shit). So only down by 4lbs. Don’t think I am going to win dieter if the year/month anytime some.
So am going to start again tomorrow and invent my own diet! I am not a dietician and haven’t much of a clue but I still have 13lbs to lose before Christmas because I want to eat mince pies and sweets! Will google a few ideas!
