Well it was all going so well and I had lost 4lbs, then came the Friday night and the allure of the takeaway…..Sweet and Sour Chicken 1……Diet 0.
So didn’t bother with weigh in on Saturday, and it all went downhill from there……to cut a long story short….I pigged out all weekend!

So yet again back on the Merry go round tomorrow. I blame the El Niño for this!
