After getting food supplies, our new outfits (we also purchased a few straw hats) we went back to our Hut. Later that day Son 2 and his fiancé called round to see how we were getting on. The kindly turned on our ice machine (we had one of those massive American fridge/freezers) and showed us how to work the air con. As night fell we secured the Hut, closed the blinds and had dinner. After a long few days we decided to have an early night. At about 2am there was a loud thumping noise followed by some clattering. It was loud enough for us all to wake and congregate in the hall way, all thinking ‘what the hell was that’, and all of a sudden it started again. This was not good, not good at all…….
